Shipping:

In North America we offer two basic delivery options: UPS standard ground, and UPS Next Day Air (UPS Red).
Special arrangements can be made for alternate means of cartage, drop-shipments or expedited pick-ups. As an added convenience for clients in the greater Toronto area of Ontario we offer same day prepaid delivery for most orders under 50Lbs with a minimum net value of $100.00

Liability Claims:

Quik Industrial Supply's responsibility for goods in transit ceases when they pass into the hands of the carrier.

Returns:

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Product must be a standard stock item in perfect resaleable condition. Non standard products or custom orders are not returnable.

• All returns must be accompanied by a valid R.G.A. (Return Goods Authorization Number) which must be received from our office.

• All goods must be returned freight prepaid

• A 15% restocking charge and outgoing prepaid charges (if applicable) will be deducted from credits issued, with a minimum charge of $25.00.
